This requires us to not only be “fast studies” on your industry and markets, but to “plug in” to your organization in a way that is easy for you to manage.
Structures We Use
In order to match your management needs, we offer several engagement models and capacities:
- Interim general management. Often when we assist foreign corporations with their entry into the U.S. market (for example), we will act as GM of the U. S. operation to: establish an office, hire initial staff, and lead business development efforts.
- Strategic project leadership. When existing executive staff cannot be distracted with opportunities like a merger or other growth-oriented transaction, or with threats like a lawsuit, we are available to take charge of that effort, reporting directly to the CEO or Board of Directors.
- Fiduciary responsibility. In cases of an assignment for the benefit of creditors, bankruptcy or other company wind down, we will assume full fiduciary responsibility for the entity.
